About Tyrome
25 Years Building Innovation Programs That Ship
I bring more than 25 years across innovation, entrepreneurship, organizational change, and leadership to whatever you are working on.
I work across the lines that slow change.
Founders and funders often speak past each other. Strategy can ignore culture. Institutional plans can lose contact with daily work. I help you connect those parts and decide what to do next.
My career spans government, higher education, corporate innovation, startup advising, ecosystem development, and executive coaching. I use that range to help you make sense of a complex system without losing sight of the people inside it.
Through Go In Now, LLC, I advise founders, agencies, universities, and companies on customer discovery, business-model design, non-dilutive capital, strategic partnerships, and organizational change.

Engaging potential, creating possibilities.
The work started somewhere unusual.
Before the federal programs and the university partnerships, I was a police officer. It is not a detour in the story. It is where the interest in human and organizational systems began.
I was working not just with adjudicated children, but with psychiatrically unwell children, and I was watching things that I didn't quite understand.
That question, why people and institutions behave the way they do under pressure, is the through line from there to group relations consulting, to organizational development, and to the innovation work I do now.
It was a wonderful experience. It taught me a lot about how humans develop, and how they understand the world.
Hear the perspective before you reach out.
These profiles and conversations show how I think about innovation, leadership, and the systems around both.
